At KOVI Hair, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 45-day warranty against factory defects to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase.
Original Product Inspection & Acceptance Policy
We require all customers to inspect their products immediately upon receipt. Please carefully verify that the color, length, and specifications of the item match your order before using or installing the product.
If you discover any discrepancies or believe the product does not meet the ordered specifications, contact us right away and prior to using the item. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or resolution.
Once a product has been used, installed, or altered in any way, its condition is considered accepted as received, and it is no longer eligible for return or replacement based on how it was received.

Warranty Guidelines
To qualify for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Notify Us: Contact KOVI Hair within 45 days of your purchase if you suspect a defect.

In-Salon Evaluation (Highly Recommended):
Before submitting a warranty claim, we strongly recommend that clients visit their stylist in person for a wash and style appointment.

This allows the stylist to evaluate the hair and rule out simple issues such as incorrect washing techniques, improper use of products, or installation errors.

During this appointment, the stylist can document any concerns with photos to include with the warranty claim, which helps expedite the evaluation process.

Return for Manufacturer Evaluation: Once a claim is initiated, you will have 7 days to return the product for in-person evaluation by KOVI Hair.

Evaluation Outcome:

If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the hair at no cost.

If no defect is found, the original product will be returned to you.

This warranty offers replacement only — no refunds will be issued.

Warranty coverage includes a one-time replacement per order.

The warranty is void if the hair has been colored, toned, chemically treated, or altered in any way.
